Bake plenty of these crostini – your guests will keep coming back for more.
1 loaf Turkish bread, cut into 1cm-thick slices
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
Step 1 Preheat panggangan to 200°C. Place bread, in a single layer, on 2 large baking trays.
Step 2 Combine oil, coriander, cumin, cardamom and salt and pepper in a bowl. Brush both cut sides of bread with oil mixture.
Step 3 Bake bread for 10 minutes. Turn and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool. Serve.
